We just started our farm and to become fully organic , we have to become self sufficient in feeding cows , it will take time to become Organic , so we rate our self natural , one step before Organic
Is Hormonal /Growth injection given to the cows
We consider Cow as mother and one should not hurt mother , we do not use any hormonal or growth injections on our cows and we milk cows only after feeding calves first.
What do you fee to the cows that produce A2 milk
Gir A2 cow feed is prepared using 7-10 different components like Maize, Napier grass, groundnut cake ect…, we ensure no urea and molasses in any feeds
What are Q1 and A2 milk
A1 and A2 are the protein content of milk. A1 protein is found in western breed of cow like jersey , HF, Ae=A2, Aw= A2 etc, while Ae protein is found in indigenous breeds of cows like, Gir Kankrej, Sahiwal, Red Sindhi etc. Aw protein is easier to digest than Q1 protein
